Today was a great day. DH spoiled me rotten. I got enough dmc for two projects, thanks also to joanns sale. Gorgeous fluffy yarn at 97 cents a skein. Then hubby says i can get a HAED..my first!!! He said two but they are not on sale anymore, so I will only get one. Now to pick it. That is the hard part.
Here is something I finished, after a year, because i hate backstitching. I did it last night with my ladies group. I really missed them. Due to funds, I did not see them for a while, but I was back and they missed me as much as I missed them.

That's very pretty! Backstitching is a chore, but it really makes a difference!
Lovely work Jennifer - as for HAED designs, my old eyes couldn't see to stitch them on evenweave over one !! But they are lovely designs :)

Beautiful finish.....yeah, backstitching is a pain, but I like how the outlining makes things stand out....useless outlining that isn't pronounced is a pain.
